Convenient location near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Rooms with a view of the Imperial Palace Gardens, providing a beautiful scenery.- Helpful and friendly staff, even though there may be a language barrier.

Limited English capabilities of some staff members, which can make communication difficult. Rooms may have some wear and tear, with noticeable scratches and marks on walls and furniture.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with its perfect location right on the park, giving me stunning views of the Imperial Palace gardens. the nearby Tokyo metro made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. the room and bathroom were kept spotless by the diligent housekeeping staff, and the service provided by the friendly and helpful hotel staff was top, notch. the breakfast spread, although repetitive, was delicious and satisfying. the hotel had convenient facilities such as coin, operated laundry rooms and an in, house wedding chapel.

One minor setback was the occasional language barrier when communicating with some of the hotel staff.

Good location near main attractions and public transportation. Room was clean.

Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Poor wifi signal and the breakfast was overpriced for the limited options available.
